Article 1: Acceptance
These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) are concluded between TRENDYCONNECT, headquartered at 115 rue Montlaville, 60129 Orrouy (SIRET 82911020400023), hereinafter referred to as "the seller", and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.trendyconnect.fr, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer". These T&Cs prevail over any other condition unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. TRENDYCONNECT reserves the right to modify its T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force at the date of the order.
Article 2: Products
The products sold are those available on the website www.trendyconnect.fr, subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the buyer will be notified by email as soon as possible and may choose a refund or exchange. Product photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.
Article 3: Prices and Payment
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of the order. No partial payment is accepted. Full payment is required before dispatch. Accepted payment methods: credit card (via Stripe), PayPal. TRENDYCONNECT does not have access to the buyer's bank details.
Article 4: Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of the order. TRENDYCONNECT accepts no liability for incorrect address entry. A parcel marked as "delivered" by the carrier is considered received. TRENDYCONNECT cannot be held liable for international customs holds. The buyer confirms they are of legal age and authorised by the laws of their country to purchase products of this category and/or containing nicotine.
Article 5: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the buyer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason. The withdrawal request must be sent by email to lenaic@trendyconnect.fr or via our contact form. Return costs are the buyer's responsibility. Opened, used or damaged items will not be accepted or refunded. Exceptions: unsealed products for hygiene reasons, perishable products (nicotine liquids).
Article 6: Legal Guarantee
Products are subject to the legal guarantees of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). Some products (coils, e-liquids, batteries, etc.) have a limited lifespan or are consumable items: their guarantee is therefore limited to conformity upon receipt.
Article 13: Protection of Minors and Health
Sales are prohibited to minors. Products containing nicotine are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or people with cardiovascular disorders. E-cigarettes are not recognised as an official smoking cessation method. Keep out of reach of children.
Article 14: Applicable Law and Disputes
